Life Exists –
as we feel it & experience
it.
It has
many levels of existence, ranging from
monsterly wicked to ethereally angelic
& divine.
How we fare in our life is what determines to which level our soul is incarnated after it leaves the body

e.g. Those who eat
Fish may know that the flavour &
nutrition comes from free range fish,
the ones exposed to predators in the
larger ocean. But it is difficult &
costlier to fish in open
oceans.
So the
farmers introduced predatory fish in
their fish farms, obviously the yield
declined, but the fish had more flavour
& fetched better prices.

Similarly the KaaL
purush to whom our souls go, also gets
the soul’s flavour from what experiences
we undergo.
Hence,
there are no – pure – lived
Happily ever after – fairy
tales.
Everyone needs to
undergo trials, turmoils &
trauma.
Ur
readiness to face them head on, or with
strategy, will enable the universe to
keep u alive & face even more
intense experiences.
A serial
failure is also one who is kept alive to
face d allotted trials &
trauma.
The more
intense experiences u undergo, u will b
allotted even higher capabilities &
responsibilities, including clearing the
karma of your ancestors.
Integration of
Ancestor’s karma happens when their
aspects join with you for emancipation
through your life &
karma.
Alongside, u will get
appropriate happy experiences of family,
friends, wealth, wisdom,
strength.
They may
come & go intermittently, but all
will be in tune with your overall
trajectory in life.
There is
no certainty anywhere.
Zero (0),
& Infinity (00), are d undefined
absolutes between which the universe
– real or unreal –
exists.
Life is full of artificial constructs.
The no. ‘i’ = square root of (-1) is not a real no., but helps in solving complex mathematical problems..
So be open to Wild Cards…the unexpected …. That’s what life is all about . .

Breath :
Is our most critical
& vital external input.
Pranayam
implies playing wd your
breath.
Beware : It is a double edged sword :
Holding Breath In or doing Bhastrika or Kapalbhati can raise your Blood Pressure
Holding Breath Out, or doing deliberate Slow Breathing, can cause Depression, Low Blood Pressure, Asthma.
Shitali, & Shitkari, can cool u so much as to cause runny nose.
The best bet is Balanced Pranayam, with Anulom Vilom, preferably while sitting in Vajrasana (which improves Digestion, & helps keep both nostrils open), use thumb or fingers to press appropriate nostril :

Exhale
thru left nostril, hold breath
out, inhale thru left nostril,
hold breath in,
Exhale thru right nostrli, hold breath out, inhale thru right nostril, hold breath in,
Repeat as long as both as nostrils are reasonably open.
Start & end wd exhalation from left nostril.
- Balanced / Rhythmic Pranayam :
- generally Equally timed steps of
– hold breath in,
– exhale thru nose
– exhale fully thru mouth
– hold breath out
– breathe in
The duration of holding breath, in or out, should only b as long as it enables u to maintain d rhythym, & both nostrils are open. U may synchronise with any mantra. U may slightly constrict ur throat while inhaling or exhaling, & also swallow – adds energy & blood circulation to the throat !
Stay relaxed, Do not force.

The first attitude is your preference :
- Do u eat to live , or Live to Eat ?
If u eat to live, then focus just on delicious foods, n take drugs, & intoxicants, to stay alive…
If diet is a contributory step in ur life to enable u to perform ur duties well, then invest time mind & effort to know what diets are healthy for u.
As a child, family feeds u wd delicious food, so u eat more & grow more….
Ur digestion is reasonably strong & upto the age of 18 your body also accepts all sorts of trash – junk foods, drugs, toxins, as the HGH – Human growth factor – is naturally high.
However, those with
weaker DNA, & especially after 18, u
face disease… & no-one has a clue
except really well informed & wise
people who can diagnose properly &
advise appropriate diet.
Again, individual
response to any diet can b different, so
it has to b a trial & error, for
each individual, & for each item of
diet.
Again,
the quality of the item, how it is
cooked, quantity, when it is taken,
& myriad other combos come in play….
Say .. limit-less.

Exercise :
Exercise enables
muscles to stay toned, both internal
& external, ensuring proper
digestion & extraction of nutrition
from food intake, thereby better blood
quality supply to the brain, so u can
strategise better & achieve more
intense challenges.
Allow
generally one day before repeating an
exercise. Best done on alternate
days.
Spend the same amount of time every day or whenever, just try to make the session as intense as possible.
Intense to the point of pain, Never to the point of Injury.
Playing reasonably safe is wisdom.
Sleep :
Adequate
sleep is crucial …. The mind focuses
into the body to repair &
rejuvenate.
The toxins & waste products are carried away by the blood to the excretory organs :
- as .. urine, or –
– as .. phlegm
.. through mucus .. through nose or as
cough/phlegm which can be spit or
sneezed out or allowed to enter stomach
for elimination through
colon.
This
detox is in the last stage of sleep
& u may be conscious of it as
breathing gets heavy & bladder also
fills up.
Turn on
to ur chest & u will notice that
pretty soon the body warms up &
enables the lungs to release the phlegm.
Allow urself to perspire, it will hasten
the detox. ( Covid patients were advised
to sleep on chest to enable better
generation of body heat).
Once u
feel ur lungs r clear, now u can leave
the bed.
Past Life Regression
Considering that we r
on earth to undergo trials, turmoils
& trauma, do we really need to ‘rush
madly to’ uncover past life karma &
trauma in the hope that the information
may help us resolve them in this
life.
If our attitude & karma of this life is properly attuned, the past life issues will reveal on their own spontaneously, both for us & for our ancestors.
Prayer & Healing :
Prayer & Chanting :
It is said that the current age is of ‘Kali’,
in which easiest emancipation is through group chanting : san-kirtan
Both group – or Individual – Prayer – or chanting – are like lottery tickets.
You never know when they will work, or to what extent.
Regular &/or Intense practice may enable u to achieve proficiency – or Siddhi – in particular mantras, however essentially they r invocation of divine intervention, & must accordingly be deployed with care.
Crying ‘Wolf’ too often mitigates the utility of the mantra.
Then again, Prayer or Mantra recitation should be done also on a regular basis,
a way to link emotionally wd the Divine, not just when u need their intervention.
It enables one to gradually tune one’s life towards the ethereal.
Healing :
At its core definition, a healer is specifically & repeatedly instructed to just be a medium to Connect the Patient with the Divine, & at no stage to use the healer’s will power, or emotional attachment, to influence d healing.
Using the Healer’s Will Power implies that the Patient’s Karma & illness or disease, to which the Healer may not have sufficient strength to counter, are immediately transferred on to the Healer.
The Healer must respect the Divine design & balance of comforts & trials-trauma bestowed upon the Patient.
