Diet is a basic input for a body’s nutritional needs, unless one has achieved direct access to Universal Energy without need for dietary or respiratory input !

The HGH – Human Growth Factor is maximum in new borns, and declines over age.

New borns & those with weak DNA or other genetic weaknesses or ailments are also very vulnerable to diet, so at any age one must intelligently choose their food combos, to live a healthy & vigorous life.

Folks may suffer from a weak digestion ever since early age..

Mayb :

  • a weak DNA
  • reaction from vaccine(s)

General symptoms suffered can be :

  • Incomplete motions
  • Snuffles, cold, cough
  • Allergies, fevers
  • Migraine since early age
  • Poor strength or stamina
  • Cramps in legs, especially when asleep.
  • High Blood Pressure ( HBP )
  • Glucose Intolerance

 

Ofc, All(ae)opathy has no solution, except saving one in emergency situations, & footing the Doc’s fees

Similarly, for Homoeopathy, they may never work :

either

  • The medicines may never help, – or –
  • They can aggravate the ailment to critical level,

be it,

  • – aggravated allergy & red spots all over the body
  • – asthma attacks
  • – other pains, itching & disturbances

Even Ayurved concoctions & powders or boiled extracts may never really cure any ailment, rather, each so called remedy generally has a significant side effect, so one may have to just keep purchased Ayurved stuff in cabinet & use them, sparingly, for whatever “vaccine effect” they may beneficially have over a length of time.

What is left is, just plain & simple, Diet.

What follows is my success and failure stories on my DIet, with suggestions of what reliefs or side effects they may additionally offer or cause.do Dare to try them out, but Please DO not take them blindly,

Be observant on their effects & side effects, & proceed with appropriate caution.

Current ( Success ) Diet :

Keto (non-vegan & Veg) diet :

  • Home made cheese, using liquid veg. Rennet ( 1 drop per litre of milk)
  • Home made Cheese of Amul Dairy Cream : limited quantity.
  • Home paneer (made after curdling boiled milk wd lime juice) does not suit many people. Mayb if it is roasted (kabab – high temperature) or boiled again, it becomes more digestible, though, wd further loss of vitamins. At least it has no salt or preservatives.
  • Dry roast Ocra ( ladyfingers) – for minerals & iron
  • Spinach & Methi & Bathua : boiled, juiced & fermented wd Kefir water – for minerals & iron
  • Thrice a week : Raw Ash Gourd : few slices – for enzymes – v. good for motions
  • Occasional : Almond Powder : Roasted in pan then fermented wd Kefir water (just using up my stock)
  • Fresh ripe pineapple – 1 entire fruit ( only fruit to contain Bromelain, which breaks down & binds protein) – this item alone reduced chest congestion & snuffles & enhanced energy & stamina levels), also excellent for gud motions.
    ( Pineapple is so far OK for me – enabled higher strength wd lower diet.
  • Accordingly, pl note :

every Fruit has a different response on individuals. So, monitor ur response, & choose (thru trial & error) the fruit most appropriate to u. Avocados gave me weakness & loss of limb strength & pain in left shoulder joint, though one person got relief from migraine.

  • Other fruits include : Papaya, figs, kiwi, golden kiwi, dragon fruit, durian (the smelly one – jackfruit family) avocado, banana, mangoes,honey,

kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, miso : ferments also enable pre-digestion of food,

  • Ginger is also high on enzymes, but can cause chilly like irritation or burning at anus.
  • Mushrooms & various spices are also popular, take due precautions of trial-error.
  • Tea of Bitter Gourd ( Karelaa) : Cut into thin slices. Boil. drink the extract. U may eat the boiled Karela, but remove the seeds for safety. Stated to be good for diabetics, & also to fight cancer cells. Take with care, 1 boiled karelaa a day should be safe.
  • Tomatoes : contain Lycopene (more in the skin), better absorbed after cooking, a carotenoid & antioxidant, has many health boosting properties, especially for males, Take with care, 1-2 Tomatoes a day should be safe

Have a cup of Yogurt - Dahi along with a dash of roasted / fried Cumin (Jeera) n a qtr t-spn of turmeric (Haldi). The pro-biotic lacto-bacillus will help build healthy intestinal (gut) bacteria, improve digestion & counter the effects of anti-biotics if taken earlier.

HBP : mine, is still at alarming level –

  • ½ liter of boiled cow’s milk : relieves chest congestion : effect on HBP under observation, ensure to have wd pineapple.
  • Taking pinch of Ayurved : Powder of Arjuna bark, not very effective, may also b aggravating some allergies, U can also get the bark, take a bit & chew on it.
    It is stated to b very effective in long term to build health of heart & arteries.
  • I was taking 5 drops of Homoeo : Crategas Q & Rauwolfia Q in water twice a day. Seemed to help, by curbing endocrine action but also reduced work gusto & strength/power.

Vitamin B12 :

  • Main source is ONLY animal foods : dairy, poultry, fish, meat,

Hence, vegan diets may not work in advanced age, especially if body’s own Vit B12 production is depleted

– milk is a good source.

However, note that fermented dairy like cheese & yogurt have depleted levels of Vit B12, though Cheese is a godsend for me, as an excellent source of safe calories & protein.

Boiling of milk

  • reduces effects of lactose intolerance,
  • kills most pathogens
  • Makes the milk store longer, & spoil less
  • probably reduces Vit B12 content

– Raw egg yolk is a gud reservoir of Vit B12 & a host of other minerals

& Vitamins…A,B,D,E,K.

However, take care of its allergenic response to u.

Raw Egg whites must be whipped & mixed wd Yogurt before consumption, else cook it before eating.

Egg white protects the yolk from pests & infections, while also nourishing it as it incubates till it hatches.

– Fish & crustaceans are gr8 sources, however… allergy responses can b critical & life threatening.

– Vit B12 supplements r relatively cheap, but they have side effects, including headaches. Have different brands on different days of the week.

Milk & Pineapple : instead of Milk & Cereal

  • Acid reflux : is actually weak stomach acidity. Taking antacids further weakens one’s digestion.
  • The Apparent higher acidity of Pineapple also breaks the proteins & enables Proteins to b digested & assimilated better.
  • Consuming boiled milk MAY relieve acidity… but only Apparently. digesting milk is also not easy.
  • Best bet may be to have (boiled) Milk & (fresh ripe) Pineapple together.. instead of milk & cereals. It may significantly reduce congestion & also over time, HBP… Try out & know.
  • The Alkalinity of Milk will counter the Acidity of Pineapple, & both together will nourish synergetically.
  • In boiled milk, lactose is converted to more easily digestible lactulose, while

pineapple provides bromelain to digest the milk proteins : whey & casein.

Individually, they can b aggravative to digestion.
– still it may cause allergies &/or diarrhoea, so boiled milk may b taken only infrequently.

Ayurved : powder of Semal ( Cotton Silk Tree ) :

  • Works well for Energy, no apparent side effects.

(Need to figure out appropriate dose & manner of taking)

  • Arjuna bark is stated to be good for Heart, & to reduce HBP, take with care, as powder, or chew tiny bits of Bark.

 

Kefir / Kombucha ferments :

  • I tried them both.
    Kombucha is very clumsy & difficult to reproduce. It requires liquor of tea
  • Kefir grains are very easy to reproduce & the water taste can b monitored.
    Since it contains sugar/jaggery, as that is what Kefir feeds on, the effect on body can be hyper-glycemic, &/or allergenic.
  • So I use Kefir water to ferment (make more digestible) Soup of Spinach / Methi / Bathua, as well as to ferment (skinned) Almond Powder, which is far better to eat than normal cereals, & also more reasonably & easily available than other nut powders.

Intoxicants :

  • In general, r bad for health, though they do have medicinal effect (with side effects) for –

– easier motions

– mind power

– euphoria

Failures, or No Success :

  • Pure fruit diet : Kilograms of seasonal fruits daily. Allergies subsided significantly, but also body weight kept declining.

  • After a bout of migraine, i got relief from milk, but then allergies resumed.
  • I tried extracted cream. It Seemed to do well, but getting the fresh stock from the dairy shop proved daunting & unreliable. It is now easily available as Amul Fresh cream in tetrapacks. Take with care, in small quantities only, even after setting with yogurt, or with liquid veg rennet (one drop in one 250 ml pack, with one t-spoon of vinegar). Store in freezer between 0 & 4 oC. Too much chill will separate the cream & water.
  • I got onto dates, for calories & to regain weight, but allergies persisted.
  • I tried exclusive diet of Protein .. mung dal, but within 15 days acidity shot up (mayb due to lack of Fat)
  • I tried sprouts, but no relief
  • Went to a nature cure centre, but the limited relief stopped, after the holiday, on resuming work.
  • Started egg yolk raw & whipped egg white – cooked or raw whipped mixed wd yogurt : only Motions were better.
  • Tried the Shambhavi / inner engg course / of Isha Yoga centre, Coimbatore :

better energy, but no allergy relief.

  • Pure keto diet : chicken or Mutton + egg Yolk limited relief. The egg Yolk gv gud energy & motions. However, twice or thrice – Asthma was triggered by

– pranayama wd holding out breath

– homoeo medicine for allergy / eczema

  • Started fish & crab to relieve the asthma, however eczema shot up, needing a bout of steroids to suppress the eczema.

Started on Amul processed cheese, significant relief on all fronts, but fatigue remained. Mind was also much fresher.

  • Tried to increase fruits for better energy – eczema increased
  • Tried Avocado fruit – both international rough skin variety, & Indian smooth skin lower fat variety, but left shoulder & leg strength went for a toss.
    ( one person however saw her migraine vanished … wd Avocado)
  • Got a catalyst action & energy boost when combined with Pineapple, as described above.

Carbohydrates : Essentially Starches & Sugars & Alcohol (spirit):

Cancer feeds on Sugar

Eczema is precursor to Cancer : It also feeds on Sugar.

Snuffles / cold / cough : imply a weak digestion, & poor generation of body heat or elimination of toxins.

Acid reflux : is actually weak stomach acidity. Taking antacids further weakens ur digestion.

Carbohydrates are fast foods : instant energy – but they trigger secretion of insulin from pancreas, which is one of the endocrine glands. Needless use of these glands & emergency hormones drains d body reserves & weakens the constitution.

Gluten : Any seed is housed in a skin & an outer shell. Both the skin & shell are for protection of the core seed.

The entire seed chemistry is designed for germination, & sprouting for growth into a plant or tree.

Cook thoroughly to avoid digestive reactions.

The skin in Cereals is generally fairly integral to the grain so it has to be ground or polished away.
Whole grain cereal powders contain more vitamins & minerals, but also more Gluten.

Refined flours may not contain gluten, but they cause constipation. They r popularly fermented before cooking …e.g. Bread, Naan,

Pulse & nut skins r easier to remove through soaking.

Overview :

  • Even a building requires judicious combo/composite of calcined lime(stone), coarse & fine aggregates & bricks & boulders & steel along with speciality chemicals to enable a usable & protective structure.
  • Similar technology has to be designed for individual bodies. Unfortunately, consumerism & demands for ‘fun’, & fast energy foods, divert attention from core values, which get termed as cranky.
